Booking All Saints

All Saints is a great venue for  Concerts and Music, with one of the best Organs in Cheltenham (originally designed by Holst’s father the first Organist), and with a superb acoustic quality. There is also a limited amount of staging that can be provided for concerts (and it is sometimes possible to supplement this given adequate notice).

The church can seat 300 comfortably, and there are limited toilets (two), but they are up steps, so not fully accessible for disabled people. There is some back space rooms for choirs and musicians to dress and store personal belongings. There is a large space at the West end of Church for refreshments to be served (if this includes alcohol a license will have to be applied for by your organisation). There is a modern and up to date sound system, which includes a number of microphones – some fixed, two lapel mikes and one hand held mike (plus stand if needed); this system includes a hearing loop for those with hearing aids.

The first step in booking a concert or other event at All Saints is to complete the following form and send it to the Team Office – please read the Terms and Conditions first by clicking on this link – TERMS & CONDITIONS.

You can also ring the Team Office – the number is on the contact page, but this may delay the booking process, as the Team Administrator Kate may not be free to reply immediately to your enquiry. You will get a quicker response to a booking form submission, or an email with details – Team Office Email:
